I was born in Amberg in 1991 and started my apprenticeship in the building materials trade after secondary school. An affinity in dealing with my fellow human beings became apparent very early on. So I immediately passed the trainer aptitude test and took care of the trainees from then on. In order to deepen my specialist knowledge, I supplemented my skills with the business administrator of the IHK Regensburg. My professional career then started with a transfer to the project planning department. By working with developers, architects and investors, I was able to delve even deeper into the subject and gain important experience in the industry. After many interesting and successful years in the construction industry, I wanted to change my career. The training to become a certified technical business economist at the IHK Regensburg provided the necessary know-how. It was therefore the logical step for me to dedicate my full professional attention to my enthusiasm for the real estate sector, which has existed for almost a decade now. On my way to self-employment I met my colleague Markus Ziegler, the first joint projects went extremely successfully and smoothly. So it made sense to join forces in the future and to join forces - that's how an idea became reality and Schiesslbauer & Ziegler Immobilien was born. In addition to the service as a real estate agent for Regensburg and the surrounding area, you also benefit from my well-founded professional background and the sensitivity I have developed through many years of professional experience. I was born in Regensburg in 1973 and grew up with deep roots in this city and its region. Over many years I have been able to build up a wide-ranging network, which is of great benefit to me in my job - and therefore also to my customers. After graduating from high school, he trained as a church painter and then worked as a freelance restorer. Through my involvement in numerous renovation projects, I quickly developed a special affinity for old buildings and real estate in general.


When buying and selling real estate in the family circle, I was consulted more and more often when it came to possible construction defects, their elimination or simply tips for renovation and contact with qualified craftsmen. This was followed by the change to the commercial field: for 18 years I ran my own delicatessen in the heart of the old town. I still benefit today from the requirements in retail at that time - as well as from the contacts I made over these many years. In the real estate business in the family environment, I was more and more involved in the processes of buying and selling.


After three years of dealing with Italian portafilter machines for gastronomy and the demanding private sector, the decision had matured to give up retail and finally shift the priorities completely to the real estate industry. I was given the tools to become a broker in Hamburg, at D & C: training at the company headquarters there, first steps then at the Regensburg location, my hometown.


Used to working independently, it was only a matter of time before I swapped the big franchise for my own project. It quickly became clear to me that the advantages were obvious: independence, short decision-making processes, lower costs for the customer due to the elimination of all sorts of personnel costs that large companies have to deal with. – Nevertheless, everyday life does not allow you to be constantly available. I had already worked successfully and smoothly with Josef Schiesslbauer in the past, and after a few short discussions it was clear: we would pool our strengths, combine the advantages of the "four-eyes principle", for example, with the lean structures of our company.
